For nearly three decades, Megawide Construction Corporation (Megawide or the Company) has been helping shape the Philippine construction and infrastructure landscape through engineering excellence and innovation in pursuit of its vision of engineering a First-World Philippines. What began in 1997 as a pure construction firm founded by two engineers has evolved into a diversified engineering and infrastructure group, with interests spanning construction, transport-centric developments, property development, and social infrastructure.

Today, as the Company continues to expand its footprint across some of the country’s most critical sectors, its culture and values remain the foundation of its long-term success.

Megawide’s journey has been defined not only by the projects it has delivered, but also by the impact those projects create for communities.

From delivering thousands of classrooms under the Public-Private Partnership for School Infrastructure Project Phases 1 & 2, to developing and operating the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX), the ongoing Baguio City Integrated Terminal, and the South Luzon Integrated Terminal Exchange helping transform mobility through major transport infrastructure, to initiating urban renewal projects such as the Carbon Market redevelopment in Cebu, and supporting the government’s housing agenda through the expanded 4PH Program, like the Avesta Residences in Imus, Cavite – the Company continues to align business growth with national development priorities.

Innovating for nation-building

Innovation has long been a hallmark of Megawide’s success. However, the Company views innovation not as a destination, but as an enabler of better outcomes.

Central to this approach is its integrated engineering platform, supported by the country’s largest and most advanced precast and construction solutions facility housed inside a 20-hectare industrial complex located in Taytay, Rizal. The key operations include Precast Concrete Manufacturing; Construction Equipment, Logistics and Services (CELS); Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) Operations; and Modern Formwork and Construction Solutions – collectively known as the Precast and Construction Solutions (PCS) business.

This EPC experience combined with PCS advantage advanced its vertical integration into property development. By combining project development, proprietary precast manufacturing, construction, logistics, and infrastructure expertise under one ecosystem, Megawide can deliver developments more efficiently while capturing value across the entire supply chain – differentiating the company from traditional developers that rely heavily on third-party contractors and suppliers.

This integrated model has enabled the Company to evolve from a traditional contractor into a fully diversified infrastructure innovator and property developer. At the same time, it ensures that growth remains anchored on Megawide’s core strengths: engineering expertise, operational excellence, and disciplined execution. By merging design, engineering, construction, precast manufacturing, and property development capabilities, Megawide creates efficiencies that allow projects to be delivered with greater speed, consistency, quality, and sustainability.

Delivering on commitments

Megawide’s commitment to its vision reflects in its performance and value-creation achievements.

As of June 2026, the Company reported a 22% increase in first-half net income to ₱532 million, supported by growth across its construction, real estate, and transport businesses. Its real estate segment posted strong gains, while recurring revenues from PITX continued to expand. Megawide also maintained a healthy construction order book of ₱47.5 billion, providing strong visibility for future growth.

The Company also achieved significant milestones under the expanded 4PH housing program, including the topping-off of Tower 1 of Avesta Residences in Imus, Cavite, in under ten months after the commencement of physical construction – demonstrating its ability to build with speed, consistency, and First-World quality.

At the same time, Megawide continued to strengthen its balance sheet through debt reduction initiatives and disciplined capital management, reinforcing its commitment to long-term shareholder value creation. Specifically, the Company pared down around P8 billion in short-term debt to bring the parent company level at around P10 billion, generating an estimated P200 million interest savings for the period.

Additionally, it has also paid out regular cash dividends of P0.145/share last August 7, 2026 – with a hint of another special dividend before the end of the year and a more purposive intent of instituting a more regular and consistent dividend payout policy starting next year.

As Megawide enters its next chapter, its vision remains as relevant today as when the Company was founded nearly three decades ago.

The transformational value creation story

Growth opportunities in infrastructure, transport, urban development, and housing continue to expand. Yet amid changing markets and evolving demands, Megawide remains guided by the same principles that have shaped its journey: innovation grounded in purpose, excellence in execution, responsible stewardship, and an unwavering commitment to nation-building.

Currently, Megawide’s value-creation is taking on stronger foundation – anchored on the country’s fundamental and urgent need for affordable and decent housing. The participation in the 4PH will offer a visible order book, backed by a fundamental demand and supported by government policy and departmental direction – the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development, through the Pag-IBIG Fund.

Against the backdrop of a 6.5 million housing backlog, the Company is aspiring to deliver 100,000 units in the socialized housing space over the next five to seven years, banking on its disruptive property development mindset, backed by its EPC experience and innovative PCS platform. This engagement and partnership with government not only provides order book stability and revenue visibility but also generates economic opportunities through job generation and promotes social advancement by providing decent yet affordable housing to majority of Filipino people.

Because for Megawide, long-term success is not measured solely by the projects it builds, but by the lasting value it creates for people, communities, and the country it serves. Engineering a First-World Philippines. One project, one community, and one generation at a time.
